About me: Hello, I am yet another cichlid species, namely the Maylandia genus. Like many others of my species, I am very territorial and should therefore be kept with several females to one male. Furthermore I would like to say, for the protection of all other fish, that a socialization is only possible with fish that are at least as big as I am. Since we like to dig, I would also like a sandy bottom to play on.
